One of the leading Internet providers in Saint Petersburg will be glad to see you on the pages of its new site! Nowadays under existing conditions of web industry it is not enough for a large and well-known company like "Cifra" to have an ordinary website similar to thousands other sites. The crucial point was in construction of a multifunctional portal to single out the company by means of modern web technology. Considering these facts we developed a site project answering all the needs of a big company and its numerous clients.
